1. Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges are Rs. 300 across Pakistan. For orders of Rs. 3,000 or above, shipping is completely free. There are no hidden delivery fees, and all prices listed on the SUFLEXO store include standard applicable taxes.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 working days to addresses across Pakistan. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.
3. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, SUFLEXO provides tracking information that allows you to monitor your shipment. We may also provide the courier's tracking link for detailed shipment updates.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear or synchronize with the courier's system after dispatch. If your tracking information remains unavailable after 24 hours, please contact our support team so we can investigate the shipment status.
4. Courier Partners
SUFLEXO works with established courier networks operating within Pakistan to deliver orders securely and efficiently to customers' addresses.
5. Order Modifications and Cancellations
SUFLEXO processes orders quickly to maintain its delivery timeline. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled through the normal order process. If there is an issue with your shipment or an order has not been shipped correctly, contact our Logistics Manager at 03286402148 for assistance.
6. Changing Delivery Address
Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped. If you need to update your delivery address, contact SUFLEXO immediately after placing your order and before the order status changes to shipped.
7. Account Requirements
You do not need to create an account to place an order on SUFLEXO. Customers can browse products, add items to their cart, and complete checkout directly without registration.
8. International Shipping
SUFLEXO currently delivers orders within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
9. Advance Payment
SUFLEXO requires advance payment for all orders. Payment instructions are provided during checkout. After completing the payment, customers may be required to share a screenshot or transaction receipt with the SUFLEXO team for payment verification.
If a payment fails, remains pending, or the amount is deducted from your account without the order being confirmed, first contact your banking or payment provider. You may also provide the relevant transaction details to the SUFLEXO support team so that we can cross-check the payment records.
10. Delivery Areas
SUFLEXO ships products to serviceable addresses across Pakistan through its courier network. Delivery availability may depend on the courier's coverage for a particular area.
11. Delivery Delays
While SUFLEXO aims to deliver orders within the stated delivery period, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
12. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, active contact number, and any other information required to successfully deliver the order.
